Unlike windows xp there is no straight option  to delete dial up, vpn or any other network .
People find it difficult just find there network that they have created in one place,
here is an easy method to find and delete your dialup or other networks in windows 7

Step 1 - Click start and you will see a search box

Step 2 -  search for " view network connections "  most of the time you will find it without typing full name

                    

Step 3 -  now click on " view network connection " and there you will find all your networks and dialups
              just selct the dialup, right click and select delete and all your unwanted networks and dialups can be
             deleted easily
