How to become an owner of an ownerless community in orkut

There are plenty of orkut community whose dosnt hav any owner reason being owner might have deleted his account etc... you can become the owner of that community if you want to

To become the moderator of an ownerless community that doesn't have an owner, you must need to be a member of that community for at least a week. A become moderator link will appear in the community if you're eligible to become the moderator. When the become moderator link is displayed, simply click the link to assume community ownership.
Please keep in mind that you won't be able to join an ownerless community if it's moderated.


Orkut wont transfer ownership or add moderators on request.
