Windows XP has a built-in password suggestion command that can create some very strong and unique passwords randomly for you.
Definition of a strong password:
1. Passwords should not be words found in the dictionary
2. Your password's length should be at least 8 characters long and has no repeating characters like ab22xy
3. Passwords should be composed of alphanumeric characters, meaning that it contains both letters and numbers or even non-alphanumerics.
here is the method:
1. start>run> enter"cmd" ( to open command prompt)
2. in command prompt enter " cd/"
3. then "
net user administrator /random
"
4. A new password is generated.
caution: always note down the password created because it may have changed ur admin
